CEP 811 project
This was the first course I took from MSU. It was part of the certificate program. In order to transfer some credits in, I needed to take this course to make sure I was up to speed with the others that would be entereing the Masters program with me. I remember thinking that the big thing I needed to get out of this course was to use web authoring software and learn about posting to the Internet. I did that but I also learned a whole bunch more. I learned that tables could make my life much easier for web pages. I had made PowerPoints before but in this class I learned about kiosk mode and how to hyperlink slides. I remember thinking I had heard about linking and hyperlinking but that was too advanced for me. Now, practically everything I write has some sort of hyperlink attached. I made a webquest with two other fellow classmates. I'm not sharing that at this time because I feel it's outdated. That kind of thing happens when using technology! I have included the write-up of my Major STAIR. This was the major presentation with hyperlinks in it. The document tells you about the presentation and my thoughts at the time. I find it interesting that I feel that it was forever ago that I made that, in actuality, it's been three years. Wow have a I grown as a student and educator!
